Karachi: We wish to inform you that 15% Bonus Shares approved at the Company’s 61st Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, 28th April 2011 have been credited to the CDC accounts of the entitled shareholders through CDC on 20th May 2011. The Bonus Share Certificates of the non-CDC shareholders have also been dispatched by courier service today.
Sale proceeds of the fractional bonus shares, where applicable, have been disbursed in the shape of postage stamps to CDC and non-COC Shareholders along with the bonus intimation letter.
We are pleased to enclose herewith a copy of the advertisement, which will be published in Newspapers (Business Recorder and Nawa-i-Waqat), having circulation in Karachi and Lahore on 25th May 2011.

The Bonus Share Certificates of the non-CDC shareholders have also been dispatched by courier service on May 24, 2011.

The shareholders are requested to contact the undersigned, in case they do not receive the bonus share certificates in due course.
