Death Anniversary of Feroz Nizami Observed

Lahore: The 50th death anniversary of renowned film music composer and director Feroz Nizami was observed on Saturday. He was born in 1910 in Lahore and belonged to a family well versed in the art of music.

According to Radio Pakistan, Feroz Nizami received his early education in music from Ustad Abdul Waheed Khan and began his career in 1943. After the partition, he moved to Lahore and joined the Pakistani film industry.

Feroz Nizami passed away on this day in 1975 in Lahore.
