Distribution ceremony to the beneficiaries of Waseela-e-Haq, Benazir Income Support Program- HYDERABAD Division

Hyderabad: Mr. Abdul Majeed Soomro Director BISP Hyderabad Division in the presence of Mr. Shafquat Ali Media Coordinator BISP Sindh Province has been distributed cheque an amount of Rs 1.5 Lacs among the 114 beneficiaries through Waseela-e-Haq Scheme, On directives of Madam Farzana Raja Chairperson and Federal Minister of BISP.

Mr. A Majeed Soomro Director BISP said through Waseela-e-Haq distributed a cheque of Rs 3 Lacs to each poor family as loan without any interest so they can start their business i.e. to make General Store, Purchase taxi or any type of business. He also added so many poor families are running their business successfully and BISP vigilance teams are also monitoring their business and they are running very successfully with dignity and respectfully.

He further added that according to BISP survey till todate Hyderabad Division included 706,697 beneficiaries. He said through Cash/ Grant Scheme BISP provided monthly Rs 1000/- to each family through Post Offices.

He added BISP is arranging group insurance policy to every beneficiary families in case of death they will provided an amount of Rs 1,00 000/- (One Lac) through State Life Insurance. Due to BISP Waseela-e-Haq Program So their families are living with dignity and respectfully.
