Eight-member Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry delegation leaves for United States

Lahore, November 19, 2013 (PPI-OT): An eight-member LCCI delegation, headed by LCCI former Senior Vice President Sheikh Muhammad Arshad, has left for 10-day visit to United States to participate in Pakistan Business Trade and Investment Exhibition and Conference being held in California. The members of delegation including Intizar Hussain, Rana Naseer Ahmad, Atif Ishaq, Kashif Shafiq, Zahid Mahmood, Zeeshan Abdul Wahid and Nisar Shams would also visit New York.

The delegation will also visit various Chambers of Commerce and Industry and trade organizations and will also have high-profile business-to-business meetings with their American counterparts. Sheikh Muhammad Arshad said that it is for the first time that Pakistani businessmen were taking part in an exhibition in this part of world that would definitely help highlight the potential of the country.

He said that Pakistani products were best of the best in the world but because of lack of proper marketing, our products could not get due place in the international market.
