Emco Industries Holds Extraordinary General Meeting, Minutes of Last AGM Confirmed

Karachi, Emco Industries Limited recently conducted an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of its Members/Shareholders on June 22, 2023, in Lahore. The meeting primarily focused on the confirmation of minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on October 12, 2022.

During the EGM, the attendees unanimously resolved to confirm and approve the minutes of the last AGM. The minutes, which captured the proceedings and decisions made during the previous meeting, were deemed accurate and were authorized for signing by the Chairman.
