Karachi, July 25, 2013 (PPI-OT): The Accounts for the 2nd quarter 2013 of our 100% owned subsidiary, Engro Fertilizers Limited have been approved by its Board of Directors in its Board meeting held today, July 24, 2013. A summary of the Results will be shortly put on our company’s website www.engro.com and also on Engro Fertilizers’ website www.engrofertilizers.com.

The complete Accounts will be put on both the above websites in a few days after the Audit Report of the External Auditors has been signed by them.
