Faran Sugar Mills Limited’s dispatch of dividend warrants and bonus shares

Karachi, March 05, 2013 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform you that 10% Cash Dividend and 10% Bonus Shares, as approved in Annual General Meeting of the company held on January 31, 2013 for the year ended September 30, 201 2,have been dispatched to shareholders at their registered address through courier on February 28, 2013.

Also Bonus share for CDC account holders have been credited in their respective accounts by Central Depository Company of Pakistan Ltd, as per entitlement.
