FBR Chairman Engages Directly with Taxpayers in E-Kachehri Session

Karachi, In an effort to directly address taxpayer concerns and enhance service delivery, Chairman of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Malik Amjed Zubair Tiwana conducted an E-Kachehri at FBR Headquarters on Monday.

According to Federal Board of Revenue, the session allowed taxpayers to directly communicate their grievances and suggestions to the Chairman, who personally received calls during the event. The Chairman issued on-the-spot directives to relevant offices to ensure prompt resolution of issues raised by taxpayers.

Chairman Tiwana also expressed appreciation for the suggestions from taxpayers, affirming that their input is valuable and would be considered seriously. He reiterated FBR’s commitment to improving taxpayer services, promoting tax compliance, and ensuring the efficiency of field formations across the country. The E-Kachehri is part of ongoing efforts by FBR to facilitate open dialogue with taxpayers and monitor the performance of its field operations.
