Federal Minister Condemns Suicide Attack on Bannu Security Check Post

Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has condemned the suicide attack targeting a security forces’ check post in Bannu.

According to Press Information Department, the attack, carried out by Khawarji terrorists, resulted in the deaths of 12 security personnel. Minister Naqvi paid homage to the martyrs and extended condolences to their families.

Naqvi emphasized the sacrifice made by the security forces, noting that six terrorists were neutralized in the incident. He stated that these soldiers, who laid down their lives to maintain peace in the country, will be remembered as national heroes. Naqvi reiterated that the nation remains indebted to the martyrs and highlighted the unprecedented sacrifices made by Pakistan in its ongoing fight against terrorism. He assured continued support for the families of the martyrs.
