Karachi, September 19, 2012 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform you that the Dividend Warrants in respect of final Dividend at Rs.1.0 per share i.e. 20% for the year ended 30th June 2012 as declared by Board of Directors in their meeting held on 25th July 2012 have been dispatched to the Certificate holders in their respect mailing addresses by registered post.
Certificate holder, who do not receive their Dividend Warrants, may please refer to our letter sent to them dated September 28, 2011, and they are once again requested to submit photocopy of their valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)/ National Tax Number (NTN) along with folio number for issuance of Dividend Warrants at the earliest directly to Share Registrar M/s. Noble Computer Services (Pvt.) Limited, First Floor, House of Habib Building (Siddiqsons Tower), 3-Jinnah Cooperative Housing Society, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. Reference is also made to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) SRO 779 (1) 2011, dated August 18, 2011.
