First Punjab Modaraba’s 104th meeting of board of directors

Karachi: We write to inform that 104th Meeting of the Board of Directors to consider accounts for the quarter ended September 30, 2011, is scheduled to be held on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 3.00 p.m. at 233-A, New Muslim Town, Lahore.

The closed period determined by the Modaraba as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance will be 16-01-2012 to 23-01-2012 (both days inclusive).
