First Punjab Modaraba’s 105th meeting of board of directors

Karachi: We write to inform that 105th meeting of the Board of Directors to consider accounts for the half year ended December 31, 2011, is scheduled to be held on Monday, April 09, 2012 at 3.00 p.m. at 233-A, New Muslim Town, Lahore.

The closed period determined by the Modaraba as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance will be 02-04-2012 to 09-04-20 12 (both days inclusive).
