First Punjab Modaraba’s 106th meeting of board of directors

Karachi: We write to inform that 106th meeting of the Board of Directors to consider accounts for nine months ended March 31, 2012, is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 02, 2012 at 3.00 pm at 233-A, New Muslim Town, Lahore.

The closed period determined by the Modaraba as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance will be 25-04-2012 to 02-05-2012 (both days inclusive).
