Please note that meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled for February 28, 2013 has been deferred till next week due to non-availability of directors.

The closed period determined by the Modaraba as required by Clause 23 of the Code of Corporate Governance and listing regulations or exchanges will accordingly extend till the date of meeting which will be duly informed to you.
