Lahore: In a spirited Independence Day message, Punjab Food Minister Bilal Yasin, alongside the province’s Food Safety Heroes, committed to intensifying efforts against food adulteration and ensuring the quality of food across all regions.

According to Punjab Food Department, the video message highlighted the ongoing battle against food terrorism and adulteration, a key priority for the department. Director General of the Food Authority, Asim Javed, reinforced the commitment, pledging to eradicate food adulteration as part of the broader Independence Day celebrations. The efforts extend from monitoring street food vendors to upscale markets, with significant public support playing a crucial role in these initiatives.
