Mr. Mohammad Arif Bilwani, director of the Company has resigned from the directorship of the Company with effective from June 29, 2013. The casual vacancy caused by the cited resignation will be filled in due course of time.

Gatron (Industries) Limited has ceased to be the Director of the Company w.e.f. June 29, 2013.

To fill up the casual vacancy, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at 14th Floor, G&T Tower, # 18 Beaumont Road, Civil Lines-10, Karachi-75330.
