Ghani Glass Limited’s board meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of M/s. Ghani Glass Limited (GHGL) will be held on Monday, October 03, 2011 at 02:30 P.M at 50-L, Model Town Extention, Lahore to consider Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2011 and other business matters.

The company has declared the “Closed period” from September 27 to October 03, 2011 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the company in any manner during the Closed Period.
