Ghazi Fabrics International Limited’s adjournment of board meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was to be held on Monday the 26th September, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.at 8-C, E-III, Gulberg-III, Lahore to consider the annual financial statement of the Company for the year ended 30th June, 2011, has been adjourned due to sudden demise of Chief Executive’s on Sunday 25th September, 2011 and all directors are not of city and not available for two days. It will be held now on Thursday 29th September 2011.

Time, Venue and the closed period already determined by the Company shall remain the same.
