Gold Prices Rise in Pakistan Amid International Market Fluctuations

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan saw an increase on Tuesday, with local rates reflecting changes in the international market. The price of Gold Tola 24 Kt rose to Rs. 303,100, marking an increase of Rs. 100, while Gold 10gm 24 Kt was priced at Rs. 259,859, up by Rs. 86. Meanwhile, Silver rates experienced a decline.

According to a statement by All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of Gold 10gm 22 Kt increased by Rs. 79 to Rs. 238,212. On the international front, gold prices rose slightly, with the rate climbing by $1 to reach $2,904.

Conversely, silver prices exhibited a downward trend. Silver Tola 24 Kt decreased by Rs. 61 to Rs. 3,312, and Silver 10gm 24 Kt dropped by Rs. 52 to Rs. 2,839. Internationally, silver prices fell by $0.59, bringing the price to $31.70.

These fluctuations are part of ongoing changes in the precious metals market, influenced by a variety of factors including global economic conditions. The association continues to monitor these changes closely to provide updated rate information.
