Karachi, May 09, 2013 (PPI-OT): With reference to the subject captioned above, we are would like to inform you that in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Golden Arrow Selected Stocks Fund Limited (GASF) held today, the nominations received were equal to the number of directors fixed, therefore, following seven persons have been elected unopposed in the meeting:
