Governor orders stern action against encroachments

Karachi: Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat Ul Ebad Khan Friday said all concerned departments should take stern action against encroachers and launch a sustaining drive against them. Addressing a briefing at the Governor House on illegal encroachments, he said that roadside encroachment and land grabbing could not be tolerated. He said the grabbed lands should be recovered at all costs and the main characters in this regard should be arrested. Karachi Commissioner Roshan Sheikh, Administrator Muhammad Hussain Syed, DIG South and other officers were present.
