Governor Sindh Pledges Open Doors and Swift Action for Karachi’s Industrialists

Karachi: Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesori has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to prioritizing the resolution of issues faced by industrialists and traders, emphasizing that their problems are a top concern for his administration. During a meeting with members of the Feder Lib Area Association of Trade and Industry, he pledged to address their concerns about infrastructure and utilities urgently.

According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori engaged directly with the industrialists to understand their challenges, including critical ones like maintenance of infrastructure, and shortages in water, gas, and electricity supply within the industrial zones. He promised to liaise with relevant authorities to expedite solutions and enhance the business environment in Karachi, which he described as the economic hub of Pakistan.

The Governor also underscored the importance of a robust local government system to address these issues effectively and mentioned the open accessibility of the Governor’s House to the business community. He highlighted the strategic role of the Sindh Investment Facilitation Center (SIFC) in boosting the local economy and assured that its benefits would soon materialize. Additionally, Governor Tesori expressed his dedication to advocating for the city’s interests broadly, noting the interlinked nature of economic stability and regional development.
