Gulistan Textile Mills Limited’s board meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of’ Directors of the Company will be held at 12.30 Noon on Wednesday 29th February, 2012 at Karachi to consider the Half yearly accounts for the period ended 31-12-2011.

The Company hereby announced “closed period” with effect from 23-02-2012 to 29-02-2102 (both days inclusive).

The ‘closed period’ means that no director, chief executive officer or executive of the Company shall directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during closed period.
