Karachi: We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of Hala Enterprises Limited (HLEL) in their meeting held on December 31, 2011 appointed Mr. Tahir Jahangir as Chairman and Mr. Jillani Jahangir as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 21-12-2011.
