Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited’s board of directors’ meeting & close period

Karachi: This is to inform you that Board of Directors’ meeting of the company will be held on Monday, May 14, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at our Factory, 43-Km, Multan Road, Manga Mandi, Lahore to approve annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2012.

The company has declared the “close period” from May 04, 2012 May 14, 2012 as required under the clause xxvi of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange.
