IGI Life Insurance Limited Announces Resignation of Company Secretary

Karachi, IGI Life Insurance Limited announced that Ms. Nadia Perveen Hussain has resigned from her position as Company Secretary, effective May 23, 2024. The company has stated that they will announce her successor in due course.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), shareholders and TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been notified of this change.
