Member of Indian parliament Asaduddin Owaisi has demanded a ban on Mahapanchayat proposed to be held by right-wing Hindus in Uttarakhand state on Thursday.
In a tweet, he said security should be provided to the people living in the area with arrangements to bring back the migrated people.
Owaisi reminded the BJP government it is their job to send the culprits involved in communal riots to jail and restore peace.
