Indian Air Force’s Tejas Aircraft Crashes in Rajasthan

New Delhi, An Indian Air Force (IAF) Tejas Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) crashed in Rajasthan during a routine training mission, with the pilot ejecting safely before the incident.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the crash occurred near Jaisalmer, a city in Rajasthan, while the aircraft was engaged in an operational training sortie. The IAF has confirmed the crash and the safe ejection of the pilot in a succinct communication following the incident.

In response to the crash, the IAF has initiated a Court of Inquiry to determine the specific causes behind the accident, aiming to prevent such occurrences in the future.
