Indian Forces Fatally Shoot Youth in Arunachal Pradesh

Itanagar: In a recent operation, Indian security forces killed a youth in Arunachal Pradesh, alleging militant ties.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the confrontation took place in Longding district, where members of the Assam Rifles engaged the individual in what they described as retaliatory action, leading to his death.

The incident coincides with another distressing event in neighboring Assam, where a tea factory worker, Gautam Basumatary, was abducted from his workplace in the Jagun-Tinsukia area. Local authorities are currently investigating the kidnapping in hopes of rescuing Basumatary and capturing the culprits.
