Indian troops arrested 411, injured 104 Kashmiris in November

Srinagar, December 01, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops, in their continued acts of state terrorism, injured over 400 and arrested more than 100 civilians including Hurriyet leaders during the last month of November.

According to the data issued by the Research Section of Kashmir Media Service, today, 411 civilians were critically injured when Indian police and paramilitary personnel used brute force against peaceful demonstrators in the occupied territory.

The police and troops arrested 104 people and booked many of them, mostly youth, under draconian law, Public Safety Act. The troops also molested four women during the month.
