Indian Troops Extend Cordon and Search Operations in Baramulla and Kishtwar

Srinagar: Indian troops have extended their cordon and search operations (CASOs) in the districts of Baramulla and Kishtwar in Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the operations in Kishtwar’s Chatroo area have entered their second day with extensive deployment of Indian army and paramilitary forces. The operations began in the Kreeri area of Baramulla late Thursday evening, with troops sealing all entry and exit points in both regions.

In both districts, operations were ongoing with heavy military presence, affecting local movements and activities.
