Info Minister Urges KP Govt to Prioritize Public Issue Resolution

Kot momin: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has urged the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to focus on resolving public issues. Speaking to the media in Kot Momin, he highlighted the public’s growing fatigue with repeated protest calls, stressing that agitation politics do not benefit the populace, who instead desire basic services delivered to them.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister emphasized the necessity for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to establish forensic laboratories and launch development projects aimed at public welfare. He pointed out that the upcoming elections will hinge on public service delivery rather than protest and agitation politics.

Addressing concerns about false propaganda related to Tirah Valley, Attaullah Tarar noted that the government has taken serious notice. He clarified that the Relief, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Department of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has set aside four billion rupees to assist those intending to relocate voluntarily due to harsh weather and other challenges. The Minister also dismissed misleading claims linking the evacuation process with the Pakistan Army.
