Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi Honors Fallen Soldiers and Elimination of 12 Terrorists in Waziristan

Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi recently acknowledged the valor of security forces following the successful operation in North and South Waziristan, which resulted in the elimination of 12 terrorists from the group Fitna Al Khwarij and the tragic loss of six soldiers.

According to Press Information Department, the Interior Minister paid homage to the fallen soldiers and extended his condolences to their grieving families. He detailed that the terrorists had carried out an attack under the cover of darkness, which was courageously countered by the security personnel, sacrificing their lives in the process. Naqvi emphasized the national unity against terrorism, affirming that such acts of violence would only strengthen the resolve of the country’s forces and citizens alike. He reiterated his support for the families of the martyrs, stating, “The nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the security forces in the fight against terrorism.”
