Invest and Finance Securities Limited’s resignation of director

Karachi: In accordance with Listing Regulations of the Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited, this is to inform you that Mr. Amyn Nasiruddin has resigned from the office of Director of the Company and his resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors on today, July 15, 2011.
