Ishaq Dar reviews performance of Privatization Division

Islamabad, August 23, 2015 (PPI-OT): Finance Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar here chaired a meeting to review performance of the Privatization Division. The Secretary Privatization Division, Ahmed Nawaz Sukhera briefed the Finance Minister about the performance of the Division and also apprised the Minister about the divestment activities that it had already undertaken and intended to undertake in future.
The Minister acknowledged the achievements of the Privatization Division and emphasized that in all matters of divestment, the principle of complete transparency and accountability must be upheld. He also directed Secretary Privatization Division to share with him reports about performance of the Division on regular basis. Senior officials of the Ministry of Finance and Privatization Division attended the meeting.
