India trying to run away from real issue of Kashmir: Rasheed

Srinagar, August 23, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the member of the so-called Kashmir Assembly, Er Rasheed has strongly condemned pro-India political parties of the territory for sabotaging the possibilities of talks between Hurriyet leaders and Government of Pakistan and facilitating Delhi to run away from the real issue. Er Rasheed in a statement issued in Srinagar criticised the Indian government for its arrogant, unrealistic and unacceptable stand, which it has been adopting from time to time for resolution of Kashmir dispute.

Rasheed said. “If pro-India parties and their masters in Delhi really believe that Pakistan should talk to elected representatives of Jammu and Kashmir, why doesn’t the Indian government and J and K put a formal request to the Pakistan government? Delhi very cunningly uses situations to change discourse of developments in its favour as when they face public uprising like that of 2010 in the territory, he maintained.
