ISLAMABAD: Jazz, a digital operator under VEON and a leading digital conglomerate in Pakistan, has announced a strategic alliance with Engro Connect, a subsidiary of Engro Corporation, aimed at enhancing the management and utilization of telecommunications infrastructure across the nation. According to Jazz Pakistan, the agreement involves the integration of Jazz’s infrastructure assets, managed by its subsidiary Deodar (Private) Limited, with Engro Connect through a structured scheme of arrangement. This plan complies with applicable laws and regulatory processes. Jazz will maintain leasing arrangements with Deodar to ensure uninterrupted mobile voice and data services throughout Pakistan under a long-term partnership.
