Karachi, July 23, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on 30th July, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. at its Registered Office, 17-Abid Majeed Road, Lahore to consider the following business:

1. To confirm tile minutes of the Last Meeting of Board of Directors.

2. To consider and approve unaudited accounts of the company for the 3rd quarter ended on June 30, 2012.

3. To transact any other business that may be placed before the Meeting with the permission of the Chair.

Also note that from July 23, 2012 to July 30, 2012 has been determined the close period and no Director, Chief Executive or Executive of the company shall directly/indirectly deal in shares of the company in any manner during the close period.
