Karachi: Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited announced it will undergo a significant system upgrade starting from August 9, 2024, which is expected to last until August 18, 2024. During this time, the company’s services for individual customers, including policyholders and participants, will be unavailable.

The upgrade will affect all branches, service, and sales outlets, rendering them inaccessible for public servicing. Operational activities such as premium collection, policy issuance, and payments related to policies and claims will be suspended. All pending transactions will be processed following the system upgrade on the next business working day.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the temporary closure is part of Jubilee Life’s ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency and range of services it provides. The company has assured that limited access to customer portals, the website, mobile applications, WhatsApp, and SMS will still be possible during the upgrade period.

Jubilee Life has a history of prioritizing quality service for its clients and sees this system upgrade as a strategic move to improve service delivery.
