Karachi Electric Supply Company Limited extends due dates of bills falling on Saturdays

Karachi: Owing to weekly two holidays as declared by the government, Karachi Electric Supply Company has announced relief to customers whose due date of electricity bills falls on Saturdays during the month of October.

The due dates of bills falling on three Saturdays of the month have been extended to corresponding Mondays. The due date of Oct. 15 has been revised as Oct. 17, while the due date of Oct. 22 would be extended to Oct. 24 and that of Oct. 29 to Oct. 31. No late fee would be charged from such customers.

This arrangement has been made by KESC to facilitate those customers who may face problems in paying their bills as banks will be closed on Saturdays after the Government’s decision to reduce the duration of working days of a week from six to five.
