Karachi, June 04, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that Mr. Javed Saifullah Khan, Chairman/ Director, Rana Muhammad Shafi, Director resigned from the board of directors of the company and Mr. Osman Saifullah Khan, Chief Executive resigned from the position, of Chief Executive Officer of the company, the Board of Directors accepted resignation with effect from May 20, 2013 and against casual vacancy Mr. Anwar Saifullah Khan appointed as Chairman/ Director, Mr. Salim Saifullah Khan appointed as Director. Mr. Salim Saifullah Khan has also taken over the charge as Chief Executive of the Company with effect from May 20, 2013.
