Karachi, January 24, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 03.00 PM at 42-Lawrence Road, Labour, the Registered Office of the Company, to consider the un-audited accounts for the 2nd Quarter ended December 31, 2012.

Further, please be informed that “Closed Period” from January 24, 2013 to January 31, 2013 (both days inclusive) has been determined as required under the Code of Corporate Governance. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
