LDA City to Grant Possession of 1500 Plots in Lahore Next Month

Lahore, The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced that it will grant possession of 1500 plots in LDA City next month. This decision was reached during a meeting chaired by LDA DG Muhammad Ali Randhawa, where an action plan for the possession of plots in Block C of Jinnah Sector was discussed.

According to Zameen.com, key figures including LDA Chief Engineer Israr Saeed, TEPA Chief Engineer Iqrar Hussain, and other relevant officers attended the meeting. Randhawa indicated that plot owners in Block C of Jinnah Sector could soon expect to receive possession of their properties. The plots vary in size, including 5 marla, 10 marla, 1 kanal, and 2 kanal options, with further possessions in other blocks of Jinnah Sector planned in subsequent phases.

LDA City Director Khurram Yaqoob and Project Director Usman Nazar provided updates on the development status within LDA City, including the near completion of a sports complex. The meeting also focused on the progress of services and facilities in Block C, as well as the construction of a mosque, park, and other developmental projects.

This move by LDA City marks a significant step in fulfilling its commitments to plot owners and contributing to the development of Lahore’s housing infrastructure.
