Karachi, May 20, 2013 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform that the Board of Directors of our Company through Resolution by Circulation on May 15, 2013 has appointed Mr. Muhammad Ali Tabba-Chief Executive/ Director as the member of Human Resource and Remuneration Committee (HR Committee).
