Sindh Governor Calls for Unified Effort to Address Economic Crisis

Karachi, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori emphasized the necessity of collaborative efforts among all stakeholders to navigate the province and the nation out of the current economic difficulties. He identified the Sindh International Finance Centre (SIFC) as a pivotal project capable of significantly alleviating the economic strain.

According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori spoke alongside members of the National and Provincial Assembly of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan, asserting that only through unified cooperation can economic issues be effectively resolved. The discussion addressed the critical role of the SIFC, expected to have widespread positive impacts on the economic landscape.

Governor Tesori also responded to concerns about national security, defending the integrity and contributions of Pakistan’s forces in safeguarding the country. The meeting was also a platform for other political leaders, including Dr. Farooq Sattar and Mustafa Kamal, who advocated for immediate enhancements to urban infrastructure and services, such as water supply, transportation, and energy costs, to improve the quality of life for Karachi’s residents and by extension, drive national progress.
