Lucky Cement Shares See Varied Activity on PSX

Karachi, Lucky Cement experienced varied trading activity on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today, with its different stocks showing diverse performance by the closing bell.

The main Lucky Cement stock (code: LUCK) opened at 890 and closed slightly higher at 893, after fluctuating between a low of 881.16 and a high of 886.48. A total of 235,912 shares were traded, closing at a price of 887.96. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the LUCK-JUL futures contract remained stagnant with no shares traded; it was noted with a hypothetical high at 923.34, closing slightly higher at 926.16. Meanwhile, the LUCK-JUN futures contract saw a more significant increase, opening at 896.79 and closing at 908, after trading between 895.10 and 899. A total of 51,500 shares were exchanged, with the stock closing at 905. Lastly, the LUCK-MAY futures contract, which opened and closed at 902, dipped to a low of 885 before closing slightly lower at 889.63 with 56,000 shares traded.
