Karachi: This is to inform you that a Meeting of Board of Directors of MACPAC Films Limited (MACFL), is schedule to be held at the Registered Office of the Company, F/2, A-F , S.I.T.E, Karachi, on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, at 4:30 p.m., to consider and approve the Reviewed Financial Statements of the Company for the 2nd Quarter and half year Ended December 31, 2011.
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from February, 24 2012 to February 28, 2012 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, Directors, Chief Executive CEO, Company Secretary or Executives shall not directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
