Shaffi Chemical Industries Limited’s board meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, 28th February, 2012 at Lahore to consider and approve Half Yearly Accounts for the period ended 31 December, 2011.

The company has declared the “Closed Period” from 21-02-2012 to 28-02-2012 as required under clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange and accordingly no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly deal in the shares of the company in any manner during the closed period.
