MACPAC Films Limited’s board of directors meeting

Karachi, September 27, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of MACPAC Films Limited (MACFL) will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Holiday, October 05, 2012 at Clifton 43-H, II-A, PECHS, Block-6, Karachi to consider and approve Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2012.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from September 28, 2012 to October 05, 2012 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations No.35 of the Exchanges. Accordingly, Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
