Karachi: In compliance with the Listing Regulations of the Stock Exchange, we are pleased to enclose herewith a copy of the Notice under Section 253 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, regarding change of Statutory Auditors for the year ending on June 30, 2012, at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, October 31, 2011 at 11:30 AM, which is being published in daily Newspapers on October 20, 2011, for your information and record.
A notice under Section 253 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 has been received from a shareholder of the Company proposing the name of M/s. KPMG Taseer Hadi and Co., Chartered Accountants, Lahore for appointment as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the year ending on June 30, 2012, in place of retiring auditors, M/s, M. Yousuf Adil Saleem and Co., Chartered Accountants, at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on October 31, 2011.
